Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing quality swimming sessions, including lesson planning and evaluation. They will also support the delivery of membership activities and Holiday Club, creating a great experience for customers and team members.

This role offers the opportunity to earn lifeguarding and coaching qualifications to support operations across The PEAK and gain experience in multiple environments. You will work collaboratively with a team-first approach, driven by brand values: people-centred, ambitious, respect, team spirit, and integrity.

The benefits package includes a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, pension, generous holidays, and free use of leisure facilities plus free car parking.
