We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our management team as a Team Facilitator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy new challenges and have the passion to lead frontline staff in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

About You:
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate experience working with adults and children with various support needs. Your strong facilitation skills will encourage staff teams to take ownership of delivering high-quality support practices. Excellent organisational skills and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.

Salary and Benefits:
