Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to join our team in Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of site operatives, subcontractors, and construction work.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of site operatives, subcontractors, and construction work to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular meetings, progress updates, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety documentation, including Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials using established computer-based systems, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification (HNC, Degree, or equivalent) in Construction, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
  • Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
  • Proven background in the construction and electricity sectors, with hands-on experience in substation work.
  • Competence in working with substations up to 132kV.
  • Familiarity with NEC forms of contract and contractual frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A full, valid UK driving license.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
