Financial Project Coordinator

Andrew Construction Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Coordinator to join their team. This role will be based out of their Beaconsfield office and involve working on high-spec projects located across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will assist with the preparation of building budgets, check drawings for practicality and economics, and prepare subcontract enquiries. You will also analyze prices, produce trade-specific scopes of work, and present completed subcontract order approval forms to the Commercial Director/Head of Commercial.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial analysis, project management, and commercial negotiation.
