Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit SHWEQ Coordinator to work with our SHWEQ team in Buckinghamshire.
As the SHWEQ Coordinator you will be part of our SHWEQ team who are responsible for Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality.
The purpose of this role is to provide functional support to the Heads of Safety Health Wellbeing Environment and Quality (SHWEQ). The position supports the functional teams in establishing and maintaining the highest levels of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
**As the SHWEQ Coordinator your duties & responsibilities will be**:
- Ensure the Heads of SHWEQ are aware of serious or very serious incidents
- Ensure monthly SHWEQ reports are collated and submitted, accurately and on time including the updated of SHWEQ dashboards
- Support the business with work winning when requested e.g. provision of incident statistics and data
- Assist with the production of award submissions, e.g.RoSPA
- Issue weekly reports to users on closing outstanding reports in Optimus, combined with tracking serious and very serious incidents e.g. publication of notifications and lessons learnt
- As directed, undertake analysis / verification of performance data(Procore / Optimus), producing clear and concise reports
- Manage the user access and interface for the following systems:
- PeopleSafe - lone worker system
- Cardinus - Display Screen Equipment (business coordinator)
- Pinnacle - body worn video cameras
- SYPOL COSHH Management System (Editor)
- Update data systems with new starters and leavers e.g. Optimus, Cardinus DSE, Competency Cloud etc.
- Issue regular reminders to contracts on employee training requirements, using SHWEQ dashboard data
- Organise an efficient number of _It Starts With Me_ (behavioural) training courses quarterly
- Regular distribution of weekly SHWEQ packs and bulletins
- Ad hoc production of information bulletins etc. for distribution
- Organising meeting rooms for meetings etc.
- Administrate the SHWEQ internal website (Stay Connected)
- This job description is not exhaustive, you will also be required to carry out any other reasonable request from the Heads of SHWEQ
- Organising the L3 SHWEQ audits
- Participate in the development, review, update and rollout of SHWEQ processes and procedures within MIMS
- Producing requisitions for the procurement of goods and services
- Centrally ordering printing / publication e.g. HSWE minimum standards booklets
- To support project teams in establishing and maintaining the highest SHWEQ standards for the contract/project
- Assist in day to day administration of the company management system (MIMS) including document production, Power BI dashboard implementation & reporting, and document control
- Production of work flow documents, ideally in Visio
- Set an example to the business by maintaining a high standard of SHWEQ compliance at all times
- The anticipated split between functions is HSW 60%, Environment 20% and Quality 20%
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
Essential
- Previous experience with managing and analysing data, producing reports and charts.
- Ability to scrutinise information in different formats.
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Medium to high level experience with Microsoft suite of products including Visio
Desirable
- Previous experience in SHWEQ.
- Previous experience with systems such as Procore, SYPOL CMS, Salesforce etc.
