Located in Beaconsfield, we offer a friendly environment and ample room for professional growth. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our residential developments across prime locations in Surrey, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to coordinate and assess technical drawings for practicality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency. A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, you will be able to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, plus a car allowance, annual discretionary bonus schemes, and comprehensive benefits including generous holiday entitlement, life assurance, wellbeing benefits, and employee discount programs.
