About the Role:

  • Practice nursing in a person-centred approach, delivering high-quality care to our residents
  • Mentor and support colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion
  • Advocate for residents' needs, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; we require you to identify signs of possible abuse or neglect and take appropriate action

About You:

  • You are a registered nurse with a valid Pin number, committed to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can role-model professional behaviours
  • You are passionate about mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues
  • You understand the importance of effective safeguarding and can identify potential concerns

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £19.22-£19.72 per hour, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, homemade meals while on shift, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (contract dependent), group life Assurance cover, and Wagestream - financial wellbeing and flexible access to pay as needed.
