Clinical Lead - Surgery

Xander Group's Camhs Ward is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Lead for its surgical department.

Salary: Competitive, up to £55,000 per year, aligned with the current market rate for a senior role.

This full-time position offers a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The job involves leading and managing both inpatient and outpatient surgical services, providing high-quality patient care, and collaborating closely with other teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing effective clinical practices in a fast-paced ward environment.
  2. Maintaining high professional standards through NMC registration.
