CAMHS Clinical Lead

The CAMHS Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality mental health care and support to young people in Lancashire. You will be responsible for assessing children and adolescents, developing safeguarding plans, and providing ongoing clinical support.
Responsibilities- CARRY OUT COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS TO IDENTIFY THEIR NEEDS, RISKS, AND TREATMENT GOALS.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SAFEGUARDING PLANS, ENSURING ALL RELEVANT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED.
- PROVIDE ONGOING CLINICAL SUPPORT TO YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS, THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS, AND MONITORING PROGRESS.
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS IN LINE WITH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.
We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
