Role Description

The CAMHS Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality mental health care and support to young people in Lancashire. You will be responsible for assessing children and adolescents, developing safeguarding plans, and providing ongoing clinical support.

Responsibilities
  • CARRY OUT COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS TO IDENTIFY THEIR NEEDS, RISKS, AND TREATMENT GOALS.
  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SAFEGUARDING PLANS, ENSURING ALL RELEVANT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED.
  • PROVIDE ONGOING CLINICAL SUPPORT TO YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS, THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS, AND MONITORING PROGRESS.
  • MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS IN LINE WITH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.
