Job Title: CCTV Controller

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Controller to join our team at OCS Group. As a CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security incidents
  • Communicate with staff and customers via radio and telephone systems
  • Manage access to loading areas and control suites
  • Accurately record events and incidents in occurrence books
  • Manage contractors on-site and provide a high level of customer service
  • Monitor and manage traffic in car parks and interior road systems
  • Undertake site patrols and first aid duties as required
Requirements:
  • GCSE or NVQ level 3 standard education
  • Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance Licence
  • First Aid at Work Certificate
  • SIA Guarding or Door Supervisors licence
  • IOSH managing safely qualification (desirable)
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
