Hydrographic Survey Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Hydrographic Survey Team Lead to join our expanding team and drive operational excellence and quality assurance processes. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, a company pension scheme, and the chance to work in a professional and progressive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hydrographic surveying across multiple disciplines and proven leadership skills in managing a team. While primarily office-based, some site work may occasionally be required. The opportunity can be based in various locations in the UK.

As a Hydrographic Survey Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors, providing technical guidance and expertise. You will ensure surveys are conducted to client specifications with a focus on quality and oversee robust QA processes to maintain the highest data accuracy standards. You will also support the commercial team with tenders and PQQ documentation.
