We are looking for a highly skilled Hydrographic Survey Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence and quality assurance processes.
About the OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hydrographic surveyor to take on a leadership position and lead our marine survey team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing a team, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of hydrographic surveyors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as geography, geology, or environmental science.
- Proven experience in hydrographic surveying, including data collection and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
We offer a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
