Job Description:
As a Senior Hydrographic Survey Manager with Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and quality assurance processes. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, a company pension scheme, and the chance to work in a professional and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure surveys are conducted to client specifications with a focus on quality.
Oversight of robust QA processes to maintain the highest data accuracy standards.
Support the commercial team with tenders and PQQ documentation.
Promote and uphold company HSEQ policies.
Guarantee precise survey results aligned with industry best practices.
Plan and execute projects, determining the best approach for surveys.
Manage project delivery while maintaining resource optimization and QA compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop the survey team, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Coordinate training and development activities through performance management.
Support audits to ensure adherence to HS&E and quality procedures.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless coordination on multidisciplinary projects.
This role requires eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Requirements:
A solid background in hydrographic surveying across multiple disciplines.
Proven leadership skills in managing a team.
Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
