Project Management Opportunity

Our client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking a Surveying Project Lead to join their team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across Scotland, offering career progression and professional growth in an exciting and supportive environment.

As a Surveying Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure outstanding project delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing projects across various sectors, preparing specifications and reports, advising clients on construction design, maintenance, and repair, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in building surveying and project management, as well as professional qualifications such as MRICS or working towards chartership.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
