Business Development and Operations Executive

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development and Operations Executive to join our team at Norrie Johnston Recruitment - Global Executive Search & Interim Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality sign-off and returns process & reporting
  • Monitor and develop performance of the Operations team through goal setting, training, culture, PDRs and accountability
  • Be a brand ambassador
Requirements:
  • Experienced in web, CRM and ERP integrations
  • Experience in setting up easy to use online payment platforms
  • Knowledge of product compliance within UK and EU market (particularly with construction materials)
  • Strong with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commercial skills, data analysis and time-motion studies
  • Will to travel abroad and work beyond hours when necessary
  • Full UK Driving Licence
