The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, infrastructure, and construction.

As an Executive Operations Director at Searcys, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain exceptional guest service while overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals by reviewing financial reports
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality guest service and maintains the highest level of service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve revenue
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver results that meet their expectations
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Analyze guest feedback and use it to improve our services
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to promote our venues

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in upmarket hospitality brands, with at least 2 years' experience as an Executive Operations Director or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

We are offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
