MŌDUM is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director of Operations to drive operational efficiency and excellence across all functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operational processes and implementing data-driven solutions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Leadership: Drive operational strategy and ensure alignment with the company's overarching business goals.
  • Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management strategies aimed at achieving zero stock loss.
  • Technology Management: Develop a 5-year IT Roadmap aligned with the Business Plan.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
  • Security: Manage the security team across multiple sites and lead initiatives to raise security awareness through training.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and monitor operations to ensure targets are met, implementing solutions where needed.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred) is required. Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of luxury, retail, or jewellery sectors is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
