We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication management
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
- Resilience and a compassionate approach to care are essential
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
