About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met

Requirements
