Expert Assessment and Training Professional Required

A prominent organisation is looking for a diligent and results-driven Assessment and Training Professional to spearhead their plumbing and gas training operations in Liverpool on a permanent full-time basis.

Salary Range: Approximately £32,250 annually, taking into account local market conditions, your skillset, and commitment to delivering top-notch education services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching materials for apprentices.
  • Ensure that all training programs adhere to established standards and policies.
  • Engage in regular inspections of apprentice work environments to guarantee adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall performance of the training program.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accreditation in NVQ/SVQ level 3 Plumbing and Gas, along with an Assessor Award.
  • Comparable teaching credentials, including AET or Cert Ed.
  • Significant background in industry regulations and compliance.
  • A readiness to adapt to changing circumstances within the job role.
