Centre Manager Job Description

As a Centre Manager at MSX - TPS, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning: Translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and set challenging yet achievable goals with first-line management.
  • Team Management: Motivate, recognise, and incentivise the team to ensure they are working towards common goals.
  • Customer Focus: Create a customer-centric culture within the business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues and devise and implement sales plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to address any deviations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of potential sales opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Work to achieve agreed business plan and budget, controlling costs within agreed parameters.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and be able to analyse data to inform business decisions.
