About the Role
At Gallagher, we're seeking a Sales Executive to join our Education Mutual operation function based in Mansfield.

Education Mutual is a leading provider of Staff Absence Protection, a scheme ensuring schools remain financially stable during employee absence, while supporting staff with healthcare and wellbeing services.

With a proven track record in sales/customer service, you'll contribute to the achievement of the Education Mutual renewal sales target and own personal target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key accounts, handling inbound and outbound activity.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients at all times.
  • Negotiate sales, handle member objections, and overcome competitor challenges.
  • Assist member schools with claims enquiries and support.
  • Update CRM system with customer information and manage own pipeline of activity.
  • Provide regular reporting information on agreed KPIs.

  • A proven track record in sales/customer service.
  • Risk aware in handling client information.
  • 100% client centric, focused on the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Due diligence and process driven to deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
