Job Title: Gardening Team Lead
The ideal candidate will help develop volunteers' skills while maintaining and improving customers' gardens and grounds.
About Our OrganizationHextol is an independent charitable company based in Hexham & Newcastle. Our purpose is to provide working opportunities for people with learning difficulties and/or mental health needs so they can develop their skills, self-esteem, and grow in confidence.
Our ServicesWe offer several not-for-profit enterprises that provide safe and supported work experience and work-based training for adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health needs.
Gardening ServicesOne of our key services is gardening, operating from both Hexham and Newcastle bases, serving customers across the Tyne Valley.
Work EnvironmentStaff work with teams of volunteers to carry out garden maintenance, soft-landscaping, design, and improvement tasks for domestic customers, schools, and institutions.
