Charity Volunteering Manager

RABI is seeking an experienced Charity Volunteering Manager to lead the development of our volunteering strategy and engage local stakeholders across England and Wales. As a key member of our Volunteering team, you will be responsible for creating policies and guidance, communicating effectively, and working independently and in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with volunteers and volunteering development. You will be able to manage time effectively, prioritize workload, and plan ahead. If you are self-motivated, confident, and have good IT skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Volunteering Development Manager to ensure that RABI volunteering is accessible, inclusive, safe and enjoyable.
- Support the planning and delivery of events/meetings to bring the volunteer community together – to recognize achievements and collaborate.
- Coordinate the development of opportunities to involve new volunteers – including events volunteers, volunteer ambassadors, 'micro' volunteering opportunities etc.
- Produce reports and evaluation on key metrics to support volunteering development and to ensure RABI volunteering complies with all regulatory and legal requirements.
