Role Overview

RABI is seeking a highly skilled Volunteering Development Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage local stakeholders across England and Wales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with volunteers and volunteering development, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and introduce clear guidance and processes to support the volunteer journey from recruitment to exit.
  • Support the introduction and ongoing management of systems to support volunteering and volunteer management.
  • Coordinate improvements to volunteer communications, including regular newsletters and role-specific updates.

Person Specification

  • Affinity with RABI's goals and objectives.
  • Experience in creating policies and guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, written, and remote communications.
