Job Description

The charity is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to Trustees to provide professional administrative and strategic support to its Trustees. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the ongoing development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and procedures to promote excellent governance standards.
  • Manage systems for Trustee appointments, inductions, appraisals, and training to ensure seamless information flow among Trustees, leadership, and the charity.
  • Provide high-quality writing skills to produce reports, minutes, and other documents as required.
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the charity's team, working closely with Trustees, leadership, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of governance processes. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
