Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support and Experience Expert to join our customer-driven team on a permanent basis at EMIS. As part of this role, you will provide outstanding customer experience to our APEX software customers.
About the Role
This is a key position within our organisation that requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for handling customer queries in a professional manner, supporting new customers through onboarding, and maintaining user details in a central CRM system.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries efficiently and effectively.
- Support new customers throughout the onboarding process for Edenbridge projects.
- Maintain and update user details within the central CRM system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a customer service environment, with the ability to empathise, listen, and remain patient under pressure. Additionally, you should be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong solution-driven skills.

Salary Details
The estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles within the industry and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
