Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with store colleagues to ensure excellent communication and customer flow.
- Act as the store representative to protect and promote the brand and store reputation.
- Act as the customer's advocate within the store to ensure that all departments remain focused on the customer.
- Complete regular customer experience reviews and support the store management team to devise and implement action plans to improve customer metrics and experience.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of customer legislation.
