About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Lead to drive our digital growth across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and Amazon. As a key leader within the brand, you will ensure the smooth running of the online presence and be instrumental in the next phase of the brand's global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the digital direction of the brand, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Oversee external agencies in enhancing and optimising the performance, user experience, and design of the digital platforms.
  • Create and execute cutting-edge e-activation plans for the DTC websites, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement a winning Amazon strategy, from product listings to advertising and inventory management.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance customer journeys, optimise conversion rates, and drive profitability.
  • Communicate performance metrics and insights clearly, collaborating effectively with commercial, marketing, and management teams.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of experience in managing ecommerce for consumer brands, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
  • Technical expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Digital marketing prowess, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and CRM strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimisation, AMS, and FBA/FBM.
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable with data tools, and capable of identifying insights that drive growth and performance optimisation.
