Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee nursing procedures and ensure adherence to company policies and NMC guidelines.
  • Support the senior team in providing exceptional care to our residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in nursing management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
  • NMC registration.
