Clinical Deputy Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Aaron Crest Care Home. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting the delivery of exceptional nursing services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and the NMC guidelines.

* Oversee the admission process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our care home.

* Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.

* Ensure that all nursing procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.

Requirements

* 2 years' experience in a nursing management role

* NMC registration

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
