Senior Nurse Leadership Opportunity in Lancashire

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our client's team in a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home. The role offers a competitive salary of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of up to £60,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
  • Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
  • Providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
  • Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours
  • Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

Requirements
  • Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
