Leaders in Care: Clinical Lead Mental Health and Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage our nursing and care teams, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct clinical audits and ensure excellent medicines management, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Provide strong leadership and staff supervision on the nursing floor, setting a positive example for our team members.
  • Work full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours.
  • Ensure high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents, meeting the needs of each individual.
Package and Benefits:
  • Annual salary of up to 60,000, reflecting your experience and skills.
  • Hourly rate of per hour, plus paid breaks, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your work.
  • Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), providing a stable and predictable schedule.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
