Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to our service user with complex care needs in their own home
- Assist with personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations, and attending to clinical care needs
- Provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
- 3 months of previous care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
