Client Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a talented Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at IDEX Consulting in Southampton. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Supporting clients with queries and issues
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in working with clients both on the phone and face-to-face, and have some experience in customer service. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We also offer a range of benefits, including 26 days' holiday entitlement plus bank holidays, the opportunity to progress your career across the entire group, a pensions scheme, and one day's paid volunteering day to give back to our communities.
