We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southampton. Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $62,000 per annum, with commissions and bonuses available.
