About The Role

Are you passionate about harnessing data insights to inform impactful crisis responses and support community resilience across London? As a Data Driven Crisis Responder, you will play a crucial role in managing intelligence and information flow across the London Communities Emergency Partnership (LCEP). Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help drive strategic decisions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop systems for sharing knowledge and best practices among LCEP partners.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand London-wide threats and needs, informing LCEP's strategic direction.
  • Lead capability projects to identify and address skills gaps in the voluntary sector.
  • Rapidly exchange information during emergencies and provide post-emergency reflections.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree, training, or experience in Information Management, Geography, Social Science, Information Analysis, or Disaster Response.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and presenting data from various sources, with knowledge of data visualisation tools.
  • An understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes, including impact monitoring and reporting.
  • A strong ability to build productive relationships, work independently, prioritise tasks, and contribute effectively as a team player.
