Transform HR Technology with Evelyn Partners

Evelyn Partners is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our HR Technology team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering well-governed and controlled change to our HR technologies through effective planning and execution management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and implementation activities for prioritized change activities, including participation in organization-wide initiatives involving HR technologies.
  • Act as a guardian of defined HR technologies, guiding development in alignment with the HR vision and purpose for applications.
  • Lead the HR Design and Change Prioritization Forum, including preparation and leading meetings, managing presentations of new requests, maintaining prioritization lists, and communicating outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous systems analyst experience, with the ability to plan time and meet deadlines independently while working within the team.
  • Strong control focus, with the inclination to proactively identify opportunities for improvement across the HR technology landscape.
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal skills, and developed communication and influencing skills.
