Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS and payroll.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide data and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent customer service or stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Adaptable, with a willingness to reprioritize based on operational or business needs.

Education / Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with an employee relations focus.
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
  • Competent user of HRIS – Cascade would be an advantage.
