About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to service users, utilizing your lived experience to empower and enable them to reach their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of our peer support service.
