About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising Database Assistant to join our team at Family Fund. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fundraising efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional donor care, ensuring efficient donation processing and maintaining accurate supporter records.
  • Assist the Fundraising Manager and the wider team in managing donor communications, both online and offline.
  • Handle donations, including managing one-off and batch income, using our fundraising database to ensure all donations are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Manage data effectively to ensure the team has accurate information and reports.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in administration, ideally within a fundraising or charity environment. You should be experienced using databases, particularly in managing financial data or donations, and have a keen eye for accuracy. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with our supporters, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses.
