About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote the care home's values and mission
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of our residents, ensuring that their care plans are met
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive culture within the care home, promoting kindness, compassion, and respect for all individuals
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in a care or community setting
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our residents
