Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote the care home
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure a seamless and supportive experience
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized
- Contribute to the development of a person-centered care approach, ensuring that every resident feels valued and respected
