Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote the care home's values and mission
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of our residents, ensuring that their care plans are met
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive culture within the care home, promoting kindness, compassion, and respect for all individuals
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in a care or community setting
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
