About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving visibility and conversion via Paid Media across the Enterprise Customer Segment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and optimize Paid Media channels to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a budget of $M to drive SEM/PPC, Digital Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Content Syndication, and affiliate marketing channels
  • Work closely with local, regional, and external stakeholders to develop best practices and guide future campaigns
  • Communicate and consult with the marketing function to advise and support
  • Maximize the success of Paid Media campaigns
  • Manage the Performance Media Agency to ensure optimal results

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a marketer with 5 years of digital marketing experience from B2B tech or Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for figuring out what Enterprise customers are doing online and why. They will also have strong communication skills to translate data into actions and experience working in a large matrix org.

About the Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000, bonus, and pension. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the Staines office.
