Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement swimming programs and services.
  • Promote Nuffield Health's swimming services and programs to customers and the wider community.

Requirements

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
