Swim Instructor Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Yeovil FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a confident and approachable manner, excellent communication skills, and a passion for swimming. You will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification and experience of working with people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
