As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health Yeovil FWC, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes to swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs and abilities.
- Promote memberships and explain the advantages of our facilities to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons and achieve targets.
- Gain experience in achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve performance.
