Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Yeovil FWC site. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson performance and achieve targets.
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for swimming and a love for teaching.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £18.00, depending on experience.
  • The opportunity to work on a bank contract, with flexible hours to suit your availability.
