Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Yeovil FWC site. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good people skills and a love for all things swimming.
  • Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £18.00, depending on experience.
